In 2006, CEO Shonda Scott, author and award winning businesswoman, created 360 Total Concept (360tcpr.com) as part of the solution by providing management services to organizations needing support in public relations, monitoring and compliance, logistics, and facilities management. 360 is headquartered in Oakland/Bay Area, with offices in Los Angeles, and a national footprint.
360 has a portfolio of mega projects, which includes giants such as Uber, Kaiser Permanente, major transportation agencies, airports, and stadiums. 360 has provided support services such as creating diverse spending strategies, which has helped generate over $200 million reinvestment back into historically underserved communities and increase the utilization of small businesses.
Shonda has served on multiple presidential appointed committees, most recent the United States Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiations. In 2018, Shonda was inducted into Alameda County’s Women’s Hall of Fame for her business acumen.
Shonda received a distinguished accolade, being proudly bestowed with an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism by Leaders Esteem Christian Bible University, and received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.
In addition to her entrepreneurial and civic work, Ms. Scott is the executive producer and host of a talk show "Spotlight with Shonda Scott,” a lifestyle show highlighting local and national influencers and unsung heroes. In 2019, Shonda created the 12 New Things®️ (12newthings.com) lifestyle challenge encouraging people to improve their lives professionally, spiritually, physically and economically by annually embracing change in fun exciting ways, doing something new and different each month. Shonda's 12 New Things lifestyle is chronicled in her book, Give Me A Year, which debuted on Amazon as #1 Top New Release, and Bestseller.
Shonda is a lifetime member of CAL/UCLA Alumni Association, and has completed post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School and Pepperdine University.
